STUDIO SAFETY POLICIES (Updated COVID-19 PROCEDURES)
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that clients adhere to the following safety guidelines, to guard the health and well being of your family and ours.
MASKS AND FACE COVERINGS
Masks are required when possible to enter the studio and we request they remain on for the duration of your visit, only to be removed while you are being photographed.
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER AND ANY ASSISTANTS
Have been vaccinated against Covid-19 and are up to date on all CDC recommended vaccines as well as annual influenza vaccines.
SHOES ARE TO BE REMOVED AT THE DOOR
In an effort to reduce germs entering the studio space and being spread on floors and backdrops where small children and babies frequently sit and crawl for sessions, you will be asked to remove your shoes and leave them at the door.
HAND SANITIZING
Hand sanitizer is provided by the studio and you will be asked to sanitize upon entering the studio.
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER AND ANY ASSISTANTS
Will also be sanitizing their hands frequently throughout your session.
STUDIO, LINENS AND SUCH
All washable backdrops, blankets, newborn outfits, wraps, bonnets, hats etc. are laundered after each session.
Non washable porous items are sprayed with a CDC approved disinfectant.
All other hard surfaces are cleaned with Clorox after each session.
IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY
Only immediate family members will be permitted at your session, in order to further reduce foot traffic or possible exposure. I request that you make arrangements for siblings to leave the studio with one parent or a caregiver, once their portion of the session is complete, if one or any of your children will not be photographed at your session, kindly leave them at home with a caregiver.
